What's been most helpful for us is how well Viventium integrates with our CSM and scheduling tools. It's been a huge time-saver especially when it comes to processing payroll. I also really like the onboarding process as it makes our team look professional and put-together. Setting up and getting Viventium to fit into our workflow was super easy and it gave us all the tools we need to manage our employees efficiently.

Cons

Some of our new hires have struggled to complete the onboarding process. They get stuck and can't finish the forms, although it may mostly be user error. Another thing is that we did like to message our employees directly through the ESS portal but there does not seem to be an option for that. It would be nice to send out a message each payday.

To me, the ease of use and accuracy Viventium offers is the most important and likable features.

Cons

The onboarding trainers move pretty quickly through their screens. It was hard for me to follow along and figure out where they were pointing during the training. Not everyone learns in the same way, so I'd suggest adding step by step notes and screenshots to the training program, which could be handed out before the session. Like if I talk about our trainer, even though she was a kind, sweet and informed person. And this feedback is not about her abilities, just a suggestion to improve the learning process since people learn differently. For small businesses, real-time solutions are preferred, so providing training with recorded sessions, screenshots and text would be really helpful.

I am really happy with Viventium and the tech support is absolutely on point. Also the system is fairly easy to use and the setup process guides you through everything step by step.
