ExactHire is a known provider of HR technology as it offers various software solutions that help businesses streamline their hiring processes. Plus the software automates tasks such as job postings and resume screening, which very much speeds up the hiring process. Also, it includes features for managing job offers, conducting background checks and ensuring compliance with labor laws which makes it even better.

Cons

It is quite expensive as compared to other HR software providers available in the market.

ExactHire is a good app for HR

Pros

As per me this app is great for HR management. I mainly like the document module as it shortened the paperwork involved in the onboarding process by merging all documents in one place. Plus the customization options for roles and workflows are vert well-executed, and I found the controls fairly user-friendly. The notifications and various triggers are useful and can be easily modified as needed. I also liked the reporting features, which present information in tables, dashboards and graphs.

Cons

I am very much happy with it as where it stands for now but I believe it could benefit more from being linked to LinkedIn or other systems like Payroll as it will improve its performance. This is the only area that I feel needs improvement but otherwise, I have no complaints.

Software is just OK

I had to add the OFCCP compliance component and because of that I had to pay which I did not like.

I like it so far

Pros

After using ExactHire I come to conclusion that it is far better than our previous manual practices. Even though I am still learning how to fully use all the features, I have noticed that it is user-friendly for applicants, especially when connecting job boards.

Cons

Some of the navigation is not very easy. Like I would like to have a simpler way to print job postings. Plus customizing applications could be more easy since I have to create job questions separately.

Exacthire feedback - User friendly

Overall, the software is user-friendly and I have had a positive experience with the support team as they are excellent! Also there are many other features that are quite good.

Cons

I feel like it would be helpful if applicants could select other jobs and have all their application information transfer over which even include any uploads done by the administrator.

My experience with ExactHire is going great. I like how it allows me to organize incoming applicants properly and even allow us to post job openings across multiple job boards.

One and only thing I dislike is that I cannot use the software more because we aren't currently hiring.

Using ExactHire for 1 Year

Pros

I am glad that we chose ExactHire. The transition to this platform was smooth and the ease of use is remarkable. Plus the mobile-friendly feature is very beneficial since most ATS systems I have used do not have this feature. I even enjoy its user friendliness, along with its mobile features.

Cons

When an applicant is disqualified, I would like it to trigger an automated no thank you email. Once a hiring manager disqualifies a candidate, they seem to disappear and its easy to forget about them.

LOVE using this software!

Pros

I simply love it! I used ExactHire at my previous job and when I switched to my current company, I realized the HR team did not have an ATS. I quickly got approval and reached out to the ExactHire team for a quote to implement the new platform. It not only save us time but is so easy to use. I did say the best part is how it simplifies my HR tasks for job postings and tracking which makes it much easier than managing everything separately.

Cons

There is no word count feature in the job description area. It would be beneficial if this section could A) provide us with the word/space count and B) indicate the limitations for each job board ad. I am not sure if this is possible, but it would certainly help! When creating a job board ad, it would also be useful to easily identify which ads are free and which require payment as it takes time to sift through all the options for that information.
