I've tried to come up with some negatives about working with Kin, but they do such a great job. They really listen to what we need and always want to help us improve. Their genuine approach makes us feel like family every time we meet.

Kin has been a fantastic tool for chromatic. We have had no issues with usage or implementation. It's easy to use and includes most of the features we need. The support is exceptional and Kin clearly values its customers, which is a major advantage.

Cons

The only thing I think could be improved is reporting. It would be nice to access the data efficiently. Otherwise no issues! I'd recommend this to anyone looking for an HR solution.

I wish the review section was easier to use. Its a bit clunky to set up and sometimes employees aren't sure where to put their responses. I would love it if you could add fields for questions and responses when setting up the review. The review section is fine but it could be more flexible, like hiding what the employee writes until they're ready for the employer to see it. Sometimes people want time to think before submitting their answers.
