Makes the hiring process simple

We were really happy with it once we started getting the right candidates for the positions we posted. It made the hiring process so much easier and we ended up successfully hiring at least 8 new team members.

Cons

I would really appreciate some tips on how to fully use all the features this software has to offer.

I really like how easy this app is to use and it has a ton of great applicant tracking features. Overall, it is super user-friendly and the more I use it, the easier it gets and the more I realize just how much it offers.

Cons

The initial setup can be a bit frustrating at first, but it becomes much easier once you get the hang of it.

Top-rated HR software

Pros

Applicant Manager software makes tracking applicants pretty easy. When managers add their notes, it really helps speed things up. The only real issue is getting the managers to actually use the tool. However as someone who uploads jobs and sends them out, with Applicant Manager it is quick and simple to post a job. I also really like how easy it is to track applicants and search through everything. One thing I think could be better is if they could update the applicant status when someone does not meet the qualifications.

Cons

We need users to be more involved in updating the status of employees. This would help us quickly send notifications to those who do not meet the qualifications, so we can avoid wasting time scheduling interviews.

Reasonable but demands time for learning

Once our account was set up, it became so much easier to track all our internship applicants in one place. And I have been really impressed with the support from our consultant.

Cons

The interface of the software is not the most user-friendly, and there's a bit of a learning curve especially with training from a rep from The Applicant Manager. It also feels a little outdated. And when we were getting our application live on our website, one of the features we were told would be included was removed from our account without any warning. We had to make a bunch of calls to Customer Service to get it sorted out, which eventually worked but it caused a delay in getting everything up and running. It was pretty disappointing.

Perfect for small firms

Pros

The platform is really easy to use, and setting it up was not a problem. Plus I really like the customer service as they are quick and responsive.

Cons

The Event Triggers feature is a little tricky to understand other than that everything is good.

Am a happy user of ATS!

I'm pretty much satisfied with Applicant Manager. The customer support has been really helpful and also the platform is user-friendly and simple to navigate.

Cons

I do wish we had more control over the documents sent through TAM for onboarding. Also it would be great to personalize some documents more like the offer letter. I also wish it could integrate with our payroll system to automatically add new hires into our HRIS system.

Makes my job simple

Pros

TAM is really easy to use and user-friendly. Also the reporting features are great because they make it very simple to search back through data and filter it however you need. I also love that the job postings are automatically shared on external sites like Indeed and Glassdoor which is a huge time-saver.

Cons

I think the website could use an update since it feels a bit outdated. It would also be helpful if candidates could create profiles to apply for multiple positions at once instead of having to apply for each one individually.

Perfect fit for us...

Pros

The software is great at tracking applicants throughout the entire process. Also setting it up to meet our needs was simple, and it's been a perfect fit for us. Customer support has also been excellent.

Cons

I have faced some issues with event triggers not working correctly, and there is been a glitch in the system that caused multiple emails to be sent to various applicants. However customer support has been prompt in resolving each issue as it arises.

Reasonably priced software!

Pros

Not only the integration process went smoothly but the software's price is quite reasonable too. I have had great customer service from TAM, and I am looking forward to seeing how the filtering options evolve. While there's room for improvement, I am still very happy with it given the price.

I wish the filtering process was a bit more effective, but considering the price it does a decent job.

Happy without decision to choose ATS

Pros

After researching ways to give applicants an easy way to apply through mobile and our company website, this software was exactly what we needed. Also the implementation was simple and training our managers was easy too. The customer service is also outstanding. Laslty the ability to track and engage with applicants is a standout feature and we are 100% satisfied with our decision.

Cons

At this point, I have no issues or complaints. Everything is working fine.
