Pros

Now it is pretty easy to distribute surveys and I really value the customization options available for the surveys. All credit goes to People Element.

Cons

I believe the software could improve its reporting and analytics features as well as make it easier to input and edit employee or individual information.

Employee Engagement Survey Review

Pros

The website is fairly user friendly and it operates quickly.

Cons

The comment reporting by the group has a sorting issue. It sorts each set of comments by question alphabetically which makes it difficult to identify the specific group's comments. I think the Comment Reporting function should be more prominently displayed. Also it would be helpful if definitions of survey-specific terms like Favorability, were hotlinked so that occasional users can easily understand them.

People Element has great features

Well I enjoy the dashboard and the reporting features a lot.

Cons

Nothing that dislike about People Element but having a simpler way to filter the information would be better I feel like.

I like being able to visually track where different employee groups stand in terms of engagement through the graphs.

You need time to learn how to use the software entirely and generate reports.

Well I have noticed that analytics are not available for custom built questions. If its available it would be much better.

Pros

The areas that served me the most were data collection and analysis, cost-effectiveness, time efficiency, customization, anonymity, privacy and remote reach.

I got limited response rates, non-representative samples and survey fatigue. Other than that everything is alright.

Its performance, ease of use, powerful tools and excellent support is something I like the most.

Cons

No dislike to mention right now from my side. Well we mainly use it for exit interviews but I am excited to explore additional use cases.

To be honest I really like how user friendly the PE software is. Having a well-informed team to guide us through the process was also very beneficial.

Cons

It is frustrating that the automatic scheduling software only operates in MST and does not always send out notifications as scheduled.

Best Exit and Engagement Tool Around!

People Element is simple to use and did not require any training. It also quickly produces valuable data and reports that help us tackle business challenges and monitor our outcomes.

I would like it more if it has an iOS application for iPhone! However I can manage without it.

Simple Surveys that Provide Robust Data

Pros

Software is user friendly for both administrators and users. I can extract a substantial amount of data from a simple survey which has a huge ROI mainly from engagement surveys and post-training evaluations.

Cons

With People Element the main challenge we've faced is that our team receives a lot of phishing emails so its important for everyone in the organization to recognize that emails from PeopleElement are genuine and safe to click. Well I think the availability of texting feature might help with this but we have not set that up yet.
