Decent software!!

Pros

I found it quite easy to modify and customize workflows to fit our needs.

Cons

As per my experience the onboarding module is not ideal at all. Also, the custom documents were pretty expensive and didn't look appealing at all.

Highly user-friendly

Pros

We really enjoy using ClearCompany. Right now, we use it for our recruiting processes and performance management and it's been working great for us. And I must say It is highly user friendly for both applicants and employees. Navigating the platform is also hassle free, plus it is automated a lot of tasks we used to do manually. Lastly, the support team is always there to help with any questions or troubleshooting.

Cons

Occasionally, there are bugs even though I feel thats something common with most software.

Great experinece so far

Pros

Well I love how perfect it is to do all the onboarding electronically which simply means candidates do not have to waste time driving to the hotel just to fill out a piece of paper before starting their job. I also really like how easy it is to track candidates as they move through the hiring process. You can text and email them right from the website which makes everything so much easier.

Cons

Honestly, there is nothing that I count as a downside. I went through the onboarding process myself and now I'm onboarding other associates. I think the platform is simply amazing.

ClearCompany meets all our needs!!

Its talent management tool has been very reliable to us consistently. And I am very much impressed by its amazing features.

Works for us!

Pros

We use ClearCompany alongside Proliant as having everything in one place is far more convenient than juggling multiple tabs. I also like that we can assign hiring managers to specific roles, allowing them to review resumes and make decisions based on their program's needs. As a nonprofit, this flexibility is important since our grants often have unique requirements and the hiring managers are more familiar with them.

Cons

One thing that I do not like is that tools change ofter and that too without prior notice which causes issues at times.

ClearCompany is the best introduction for new hires.

I value every moment I have with ClearCompany. It is a user-friendly software that makes engaging with new hires easy and effective. And for my career, it's been an excellent match as it serves as a foundation for my operations. Honestly I have experienced firsthand benefits with no regrets and would recommend it to others.

ClearCo is not only simple to use but also easy to deploy. And honestly I haven't faced any issues since it's user-friendly and fairly simple to set up.

Essential for our Talent Management

Pros

I really like the fact that the ClearCo platform is thorough. Not only is it easy to implement but our account and support team is also amazing and the platform itself is super easy to use. I am a power user of this software at my company, and I think it's really simple to follow along with a candidacy. We had an excellent implementation team that addressed all our concerns and even helped with a few things after. Since going live, we've reached out with a lot of questions and update requests to see what could be improved in the system. While not everything changed, they definitely listened. Also I enjoy using this platform both as a Talent Management System and internally to track our organization-wide goals, personal goals and performance.

Cons

Like with any software, there are a few bugs every now and then. A couple of times, my support requests did not go through and there were some integrations we wanted that couldn't be made. But on the bright side, our account team has always been available to discuss ideas and the platform is constantly improving.

Simple and practical software

Pros

ClearCo is fairly easy to navigate. And I find it pretty awesome that I have direct access to search for candidates on my own whenever I need to.

Cons

I don't have any specific dislikes to mention about ClearCompany as everything works well for me.

Reliable ATS with great ROI

Pros

We have had a really great experience with Clear Company. Our needs are pretty simple as we just need to quickly post, attract and hire candidates. The best thing is that Clear Company has always allowed us to do that without any hassle. Also the software is highly intuitive and packed with useful features. Posting job openings, accessing candidate profiles and generating reports are all really easy now too. The customer service is excellent and the ongoing webinars they offer add a lot of value too.

Cons

Not much to complain about. And once we re-evaluated ClearCompany against other ATS options we were sure that none of the alternatives offered better value or improvements for our needs.

Simply amazing!!!

Pros

ClearCompany is an important tool mainly for my role as an administrative assistant. As it simplifies posting job ads, connecting with applicants and onboarding new hires. The website is also very user-friendly and makes my job much easier.

Cons

I haven't come across any issues with it. It is a great tool overall.
