          Trinet is my very first experience human resources software and I have to say, my experience is going well so far. Plus payments and benefits are always processed quickly and on time which I really appreciate.

          Cons

          After dealing with some disciplinary issues, the basic benefits were restarted, but honestly, it was a bit of a hassle.

          Valuable HR software
          Pros

          With Zenefits, it is fairly easy to generate timely and accurate payroll for employees. Plus managing and administering employee benefits with TriNet Zenefits is also not a problem. And I have found it to be a reliable tool for the employee onboarding process. Lastly, it's really simple to track, monitor and manage employee work performance now.

          It has simplified and streamlined our HR activities so well that I genuinely have no complaints.

          The app keeps things very simple which I like. Also there is not too much happening all the time, so it's easy to find your way around without getting lost.

          Cons

          The platform is pretty basic which has both its pros and cons. It can feel a bit clunky at times, but honestly, it's still manageable.

          I really like that Zenefits is easy to use. Users like me can navigate it without a problem and find exactly what they are looking for. Plus getting in touch with support for any questions was a simple task too.

          Cons

          I am not sure if this is a TriNet issue, but if your organization uses multiple insurance providers, you might need to switch between websites to manage your benefits.

          Made our processes completely automated
          Pros

          Zenefits has made the payroll and benefits processes completely automated. We used to have spreadsheets upon spreadsheets, but thanks to Zenefits everything is much easier and more compliant.

          Cons

          It isn't the best when it comes to handling international contractors or employees. The functionality just doesn't seem to work well for that.

          A terrible experience

          Honestly, the only positive thing I can recall is Kayla from customer support. She was always kind, though it felt like she might have been the only person working in that department or maybe everyone just used her name.

          Cons

          There are too many issues to count, but I'll mention a few like payroll processing and employee data management are very slow, customer support wait times often range from 45 minutes to 2 to 3 hours. Also the system is glitchy and far from user-friendly, and the worst was when a payroll error left 250 employees unpaid due to a missed step by Zenefits new payroll processor. That day was a nightmare of phone calls trying to resolve the issue.

          Pros

          First off, I really like all the HR and onboarding features it offers. It works great as a performance management system too. Also, it is very useful as a solution for administration benefits. And with features like attendance tracking, we haven't run into any issues.

          Cons

          TriNet Zenefits has performed well overall, and I have no regrets about choosing it.

          For small HR teams, it works well
          Pros

          Zenefits has very much streamlined and simplified our HR process. As the only HR person here, it allows me to support all of our employees as if they had an entire HR department at their disposal. The online portal makes HR management super easy and gives employees 24/7 access to HR info. Zenefits really provides everything we need in one intuitive online portal as it covers the entire employee lifecycle, from offer letters and hiring to onboarding, payroll, benefits administration and even termination.

          Cons

          There is little to no phone support for user issues. The main ways to reach customer support are through online live chat and email which can be really frustrating, especially when we are in a situation where the support is needed urgently.

          Reliable but at times run slow
          Pros

          Time tracking feature is very reliable and provides accurate data. It also calculates overtime and generates helpful reports for me on time-related metrics.

          Cons

          I noticed that at times the app runs pretty slow, and there are occasional glitches that make it take longer to load.
