Rippling took all the stress away

Pros

Rippling is a very simple and efficient app for managing employees. For me, some of the standout features are payroll, time-off requests and employment verification. It really is a one stop shop for both employers and employees, bringing everything we need into one place. Also the software is quite user-friendly and my team loves having the app on their phones to easily clock in and out, plus submit requests. It makes everything so much simpler.

Cons

The system went offline a few times, but I believe that was more of an issue with our internet connection. Overall, the software has been great.

Well i have had a great experience using it day to day. As it is really simple and easy to use, and I find it simple to understand too.

I occasionally experience lagging when using the app.

What I really like about Rippling is its all in one capabilities for HR, IT and Finance. Also the ability to automate a lot of tasks in these departments has very much reduced our workload and helped us minimize human error.

Cons

Well it is often harder to convince the people controlling the budget when they only focus on the dollar amount and don't consider the time savings it brings to their departments.

Has all the necessary features

Over the time the app has gone through several updates that have made Rippling much more streamlined and effective. It has all the features you'd expect from this kind of software. So overall, it is a great business app with everything you need to have a productive workday.

There were instances where users were signed out without their permission.

My overall experience with this tool has been simply the best. I use it a lot for my business and Rippling has been quite helpful in managing my business finances. And I am really happy with how everything works.

Honestly, I have not found anything I particularly dislike about this program.

There are a lot of features I like, especially how simple it is to clock in and out, adjust time worked and schedule time off.

Cons

Some features on the interface is not very easy to navigate. For example, we integrated it with Guideline and setting up the 401k was a bit confusing. Also it is hard to figure out which specific investments to choose.

Simplifies Everything

To be honest, I really enjoy the service. We switched from another platform earlier this year and the difference is huge when it comes to accessing the information I need. Rippling's interface looks great and is really easy to navigate. I especially love the fun emails I get when I get paid. Also there are lots of helpful features, excellent customer support and the whole thing is quite user-friendly.

Had some trouble keeping track of how much PTO I have left.

Nothing much i have to say when I hear a word pro but just that onboarding process was fast but looking back, it felt a bit rushed.

I had a really bad experience with Rippling as the support was nowhere to be found when I needed support the most. They are still relatively new to the UK market and it honestly shows. My experience is a warning to any small business thinking about using them for payroll services. I would strongly recommend small business owners to stay away from Rippling in the UK. We were drawn in by their good reputation in the US, but do not be fooled by their high ratings there as their service to UK businesses is quite poor.
