A truly great product

I absolutely love how easy this product makes tracking my time.

Cons

I think having an option for night mode would be easier on my eyes.

The platform is relatively easy to navigate and customer service is very supportive.

Understanding the reporting features can be challenging. Sometimes the output isn't what I expected and I end up having to restart.

Slow cloud performance and website updates crash it about every other month lately

It is very user-friendly for everyone using it.

Cons

I think support is not that great and I experience slow cloud performance at least once a week. After updates, it often requires a manager to manually sign in all staff because the system won't load. Upgrading the cloud servers would be beneficial.

The onboarding process, employee self service and all in one solution are great features according to me.

Cons

I have noticed delays in service response, issues with customer support and concerns with time tracking and time cards.

Like any HRIS, there are occasional glitches with time cards but the Isolved team is quick to address and resolve these issues.

While isolved is a powerful platform, it can be a bit difficult for new users. Customization options might be limited and some users experience glitches or slow support responses. Additionally, smaller businesses may find the cost higher than expected.

Good platform for time keeping

Pros

Navigating through the platform was very easy. I appreciate that staff can download a geolocation inspired app, eliminating excuses for not clocking in. They can clock in from anywhere near the workplace.

Cons

I think the system is not that user friendly. Editing items should be seamless, especially when managing employee time, but Isolved falls short in this area.

Just need a more upgrade

Pros

Isolved offers complete solutions for employers, from applicant tracking and onboarding to time keeping, performance management, payroll, offboarding and year end form processing.

Cons

Although there are many modules, I would like to see improvements in older features to keep them relevant in today's market.
