Exactly the job portal I was looking for

Pros

I love how Zoho Recruit combines a job portal with staffing software to help me with a hiring process. It eventually makes staffing and hiring so much easier.

Cons

No complaints as I think the price is fair and the software is super easy to use, which is always a win for me.

Great but support is not the best

Pros

It is great that I can create a hiring page using a sleek-looking template. Plus it adds a professional touch without much effort.

Cons

The features are not always clear, and whenever I have reached out for help, the support team hasn't really been able to answer my questions.

An affordable, easy-to-use platform

Pros

We switched from Bullhorn to Zoho, and the difference is like night and day. Bullhorn was really slow and tough to set up and customize, while Zoho is fast, has tons of job board extensions and looks great. Plus the design of the platform is one of my favorite parts. And it's so easy to manage and I was able to set it up myself without any trouble.

Cons

Zoho sales process can be a little confusing as they will quote one price, then another and while they say it's month-to-month, they push for an annual commitment.

Had a great experience

Pros

Zoho customization options are simply the best for making my team's workflow so much better. On top of that the integrations make setting everything up very easy. Plus I have also had a great experience with their customer service and sales team as they have been really helpful.

Cons

We are still in the middle of transitioning to the platform, but so far everything seems to be going smoothly.

Using a free trial and have had a positive experience so far

Pros

The platform covers a lot of ground and has all the essential features you did expect and that to available at a reasonable price.

Cons

I get that some features come with higher subscription levels but it's not always obvious from the help files which features are included.

For start-ups Zoho is amazing

The user experience and user interface are highly adaptive which makes it really easy to navigate and pick up quickly. I love how user-friendly it is as I was able to figure out all the features and get comfortable with the platform without any hassle. One of the best things for me is that I could explore and use the platform without needing to pay for a subscription right off the bat.

Cons

Well I have had a few problems importing data from spreadsheets. Sometimes the data doesn't load into the right fields and fixing it takes more time than I did like.

Zoho has made recruitment simple

Pros

What stands out most to me about Zoho Recruit is how it handles the entire recruitment process. From finding candidates and tracking applications to interviews and offers everything is so well organized. Also the user-friendly design and automation features save time and keep things running smoothly.

Cons

Cannot think of anything major right now but setting up campaigns could definitely be more user-friendly.

One of the best apps I have ever used

Pros

Zoho Recruit is hands down one of the easiest recruitment apps I have ever used. Managing a large talent pool is simple, thanks to its many features and plugins. Also I love how customizable everything is as it really adapts well to what I need.

Cons

It might be a bit tricky for someone who is not very tech-savvy, but honestly it is packed with so many features that it makes sense why it is like that.

Reliable software

Pros

I am using Zoho Recruit before and with time it's gotten even better. The new add-ons make recruitment so much smoother and more efficient. My favorite feature is the telephony integration as it lets me make calls directly from the platform and keeps track of everything.

Cons

Honestly, I can't think of any negatives. Everything works the way it is supposed to.

Zoho support team is excellent, and the platform itself is very easy to use and set up.

The trial version has some limitations I feel, like the number of members and jobs you can manage, which can feel restrictive.
