I really like that this platform brings all parts of workforce management together in one place. It has made recruiting, payroll and talent management much easier.
Cons
The interface can feel a bit overwhelming at first because there are so many features and settings. It can be tricky for new users to find their way around. I've also noticed some minor delays from time to time, which can be frustrating when I'm in a hurry.

This app makes the whole recruiting process smooth from hiring to departure. Onboarding and bringing on new employees is much clearer because I can see individual plans and schedules. It also handles payroll by providing clear stats and pay slips. All the modules work well together so we can really take advantage of the app. The automation helps avoid mistakes since the data is automatically updated. It is user friendly and easy to navigate. Being cloudbased made the setup super simple. This HR tool really helps improve our HR processes.

While I can't customize everything I'd like since it isn't designed for large enterprises, support is available and they listen to requests. This software surely gives us a competitive edge. Workzoom is a modern HR platform that lets me manage payroll, bonuses, compliance, productivity and recruitment from a single online system. I appreciate having all the employee info in one place because it makes it easier to help our staff quickly instead of digging through filing cabinets.

I haven't found any downsides to workzoom. The platform and the team behind it have given me no reason to dislike them. Support is quick and any issues I've had have been fixed quickly.
