It's important for me to know that the representative is in the correct location when clocking in, ensuring accountability and WebHr does it for me.
Cons
I often face issues, especially when trying to clock in or out. Password resets can also be a hassle at times.

The system is really user-friendly, fairly easy to navigate and to onboard employees. Pulling reports is also quick and efficient. Overall, I'm really happy with my experience using WebHR.

At my last company, we tried out WebHR on a trial basis. The platform is easy to use, whether it is entering data or managing time and attendance. Employees can handle a lot of self-service tasks like scheduling, which is great. HR can also run management reports with ease. Plus the navigation is simple and the whole concept is easy to follow, with plenty of helpful features.

I have had some difficulty when trying to go back to the previous screen but thats about it when it comes to cons.
