Tracker turned out to be an awesome tool for running my business smoothly. It made everything easier, from handling client stuff to managing our team. Also I loved how simple it was to use and how it helped me keep track of all our projects.

Cons

Tracker felt a bit outdated compared to other similar software options.

Pros

Tracker has been an amazing partner for our company. They have worked with us side by side, finding new ways to help us work more efficiently. What I like the most is their openness to our feedback and how they actually make changes based on it as it really feels like a partnership instead of us just adapting to what their software can do. After using the same ATS for 22 years, making the switch to Tracker was definitely nerve-wracking, but they made sure we felt supported the whole way through. Also their customer service has been simply the best.

Cons

With more than 20 years of data, not everything transferred over perfectly and some of our historical info didn't map quite right. Also there was a good amount of cleanup needed but that was mostly because we were switching between two very different types of software. Whenever we hit any major roadblocks, the Tracker team was highly responsive and worked with us to fix them on the back end. At first, there were a few things we did not love, like hyperlinking, separate windows opening and the system timing out, but Tracker jumped on those issues quickly and we were able to get everything running more smoothly in no time.

It is a perfect and cost-effective ticketing tool to start with before moving to more expensive and feature rich options.

Cons

There are a few features missing, but they didn't have much of an impact when we first started.

About Tracker software the thing I like the most is its user-friendly interface, customizable workflows, strong project management features and real-time collaboration capabilities. Also, Trackers ability to integrate with tools like GitHub and Slack makes it a flexible and reliable solution for teams and organizations of any size.

Cons

Some of the challenges we have faced with Tracker software include a steep learning curve for its more advanced features, occasional glitches or bugs and the absence of some features that other project management tools may offer. However, the benefits of using Tracker far outweigh these drawbacks and the software remains a popular choice for teams and organizations seeking to streamline workflows and enhance collaboration.
