Simple to grasp while learning new things during onboarding.
Pros

It's very fast and easy to use for onboarding. I had no trouble completing the process and now I'm officially hired.

Cons

Creating my account was a bit tricky at first but once I figured it out, everything went smoothly.

A really useful tool for getting people on board.
Pros

The best part for me is the user interface they provide. They update it often to improve customer satisfaction. The support team is amazing , always helpful. I can easily access important information in a simple but nice looking view.

Cons

New feature implementations take quite a while. I think they should focus more on integrating with other platforms.

Excellent for HR and beyond.
Pros

It makes HR tasks easy and it offers great tools for employees too. I love the custom workflows and interactive organizational charts, which are really simple to use. It's also great for viewing clear policies and rules and I can check the progress of projects or roles in each department.

Cons

The subscription price for Sapling is based on the number of employees rather than the features you use or how much data you store. Sapling doesn't offer a free trial or free version so you can't explore the product before committing. Since it's webbased and lacks a mobile app, I gave the ease of use and deployment a 3 out of 5.

Handles workflow really well
Pros

I love that I can set workflows to assign tasks based on the start date, including sending out onboarding emails.

Cons

I think the default email address, first name and last name should be formatted without the period!

Sapling has way more features than the HR software I used before and it's nice not needing so many other services.

Cons

I was not very clear on how to use Sapling. It has so many features, which can sometimes be overwhelming as an end user.

Pros

It organizes everything I need for onboarding and managing a team. The interface is very easy to use and innovative.

Cons

The payroll platform is the least favorable feature and could definitely be improved.

Pros

It's been easy to use right from the start. The time management feature is simple and the exported of data from the previous provider is working well. The company page also looks inviting for new employees and is well branded.

Cons

One thing I wish it had is google calendar integration, where I could add approved PTO to my personal and company calendars. I had this feature with Zenefits and it was really useful. The UI also feels a bit outdated.

It covers most of our needs
Pros

The employee profile is really detailed and I can add lots of fields. It's easy to navigate and the document management feature is great for onboarding and keeping track of documents.

Cons

It doesn't seem very useful once I get to know more about my company and colleagues. I only update my profile once or twice. It's not great for task management since there are better tools out there for that.

Amazing software that saves time and simplifies your work!
Pros

Sapling integrates CRMs and messaging platforms to help me and my team create personalized responses quickly. Managers can gain insights to coach teams. It speeds up business processes. Autocomplete everywhere helps us respond faster by suggesting relevant completions across all messaging platforms. Another great feature is Sapling Suggest, which automatically suggests responses based on customer queries, helping to manage high volumes efficiently. It's excellent software.

Cons

I haven't had any negative experiences with this software. Everything has been very good. There's really nothing I don't like.
