Pros

The implementation team put in so effort to help us reach our live date. They effectively built our numerous rules and policies into the platform. Now that we're active, the daily team ensures that our questions and issues are addressed quickly.

Cons

We have faced challenges with Workforce Ready rules, but Pay pro has helped us find workarounds.

PayPro has a great customer service
Pros

The interface, reporting features, and our representative,are all excellent! One of them is always available to address any concerns and provides effective solutions. Overall the software is quite robust.

Cons

The timeout feature, which logs me off after 15 minutes of inactivity is really frustrating.

Makes my life easy
Pros

The support I receive from various teams at Paypro is my favorite aspect of the system. The HRIS team is very responsive and even willing to hop on a video call to resolve issues. The payroll team responds quickly when I need assistance and the tax team has helped us identify necessary tax setups and alerts us to new requirements. With employees in 29 states, this support has been invaluable. Transitioning from ADP's call center service to having a dedicated support team has transformed our processes across HR, benefits and payroll. They are not only reliable and helpful but also friendly!

Cons

Frequent updates can be a bit confusing, but the support team is always available to help me catch up.

Pros

The best part of Workforce for me is that I can process payroll in less than half the time it took with our previous provider. The process is seamless, and if any issues arise, the PayPro team is always ready to assist.

Cons

Sometimes it is difficult to reach someone by phone, but the staff responds quickly.

My account representative is very responsive and always eager to help.

Cons

I find that Paypro's reports aren't very useful and I often need to create my own. Additionally, some teammates frequently receive an "account information invalid" error message despite entering the correct username and password.

Pleasant experience in our first year!
Pros

Customer service is outstanding. Whenever I need assistance, our module reps are readily available. There's no waiting or difficulty getting in touch, they respond promptly. During training and onboarding, they were exceptionally helpful and personable. The training experience was fantastic. The website is easy to navigate, allowing for custom report creation with just a click. The payroll process is very easy, making it quick and simple with minimal room for error.

Cons

Ongoing training is needed. Our new HR employee is struggling to learn the system and find training videos without having to pay for sessions.
