Top-notch HR software
Pros

OnePoint HCM is by far the most streamlined HR management tool I have ever used. Everything I need is in one place which means I don't have to jump between different platforms. Filling out timesheets, submitting PTO requests and accessing tax documents is all very easy with OnePoint. The mobile app works really well too, so I can input info even when I do not have access to a computer. And as a bonus, it even has a fun turtle game integration.

Cons

One thing that I disliked the most is I often get annoying announcements that pop up when logging in, and they are not relevant to me.

Salespersons of OnePoint are professional
Pros

Its an awesome company and I absolutely love the technology. Also the service is simply the best. The implementation team assisting me was very helpful and did all the hard work for us. Honestly, this was probably the easiest and fastest implementation I have ever gone through. Am especially a fan of the dashboards, graphs and analytics. Plus the software is incredibly easy to use, yet really powerful, giving me and my team all the essential data we need to make smart business decisions.

Cons

Overall, I'm really pleased with OnePoint. And I honestly cannot think of anything I would change about the software.

One of the best customer service I ever experienced
Pros

I appreciated that the salesperson did not oversell the software. OnePoint was honest about what it could and couldn't do. We were able to customize the product to suit our needs instead of being forced to follow a one size fits all approach. Also the staff has been really helpful too.

Cons

We were hoping to get a clock that takes our employees temperature before they clock in, but I found out that a feature is still on their roadmap. What I do like is that the clock is a smart clock and can ask our employees questions after they punch in.
