Use friendly & simplifies our workflow
Pros

The tracking process, from when a user first applies to receiving an offer, works really well for keeping me organized. It's mobile-friendly, and it integrates smoothly with other PayChex products, which is a big advantage.

Cons

Some parts of the navigation are not easy, and since this could be one of the first experiences an applicant has with the company, I think it would be better if the process went more smoothly. We also eventually outgrew this program as we opened more locations.

Pros

We used this software for about 4 years, and it worked well as a basic Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for our company. It was simple to use, provided useful status notifications, stored employee file documents, and was linked to our core system.

Cons

Building reports could have been easier. The dashboard didn't provide the best information, and I would have liked better overall functionality.

Well structured data system
Pros

I really liked how the software organized all employee data. Everything was neatly arranged and easy to use.

Cons

From what I remember, it was hard to go back to a previous page, which made things a bit more difficult.

Pros

The software tracks all applicants efficiently and makes it quick and easy to find the right candidate. The training videos are incredibly helpful, and I especially love the saved search feature. It lets you specify exactly what kind of experience you're looking for, like only sales candidates. The software is mobile-friendly and syncs with all PayChex products, including payroll, which helps reduce manual entry.

Cons

It's a bit more expensive than other options, but the features it offers make the cost worth it.

Extra paperwork after hiring
Pros

myStaffingpro keeps all our new hire information stored in one place, and it's really easy to search for employee details when needed.

Cons

Not all of the necessary new hire documents can be stored on the site, so I ended up having to do extra work to complete more forms after the hire process.

Solid system with room for improvement
Pros

They have excellent customer service, and the software saves both time and money with its record storage and retrieval features. The implementation process went smoothly, and I found it to be very effective.

Cons

I had trouble compiling specific data for job-related functions, and the reporting features seemed to be lacking in general.
