Pros

What stands out to me about Lanteria is its supreme customer support team. Whenever we had questions or ran into issues, their team was quick to assist. Plus their response and dedication to going above and beyond to meet our needs makes them stand out.

Cons

There are a few minor bugs in the software. Well it used to happen rarely but the best part is that support team fixed them quickly. So it is not a major con but I feel like it would have been a much better experience if everything went well from the start.

Seamless integration with Office 365 and Teams is a game-changer
Pros

One of the major benefits of Lanteria HR is that it integrates with Office 365 and Teams. This allows us to handle our HR tasks in the same platform we use for other business functions, streamline our workflow and even increase our efficiency. Also, the user friendly interface has made it simple for our team to learn and use.

Cons

We faced few small issues, like occasional delays in data syncing, but all this did not affect the systems overall performance as a whole.

Top-notch HR solution with excellent support team
Pros

It is easy to customize the system to meet our companys specific needs. Like whether it was creating custom fields or setting up workflows and approvals you can do it without any hassle. This is something that made it easy to merge everything with our current HR processes and it has had a noticeable impact on our day to day operations.

Cons

Those who have not used the HR software before might find it a bit complex and will have to spent time learning it. Other than this everything else is ok.

Great all-in-one tool for HR management
Pros

Lanteria HR pricing is pretty reasonable. Plus the software itself is quite flexible as it allows us to customize almost anything to fit our company's needs. You can even add features as required and the best thing is that they are always improving the system. And the pricing remains unmatched.

Cons

HRMS is quite complex and setting it up took some time, but still it is a solid platform.

Core Employee Management, Document Management and Leave Tracking are the features that I find very useful.

Cons

Lanteria has so many different features but technical support is not the best which will not let you take full advantage of everything it offers.

Pros

We are still in the initial phase of using the program but it seems like that this software will help us with HR tasks and tracking digital footprints.

Cons

Customization is important
Pros

Well the system's ability to integrate with SharePoint and that with strong local support is something I like the most. Also it is easy to customize as per our requirements.

Cons

If you are transitioning from other systems to Lanteria, be sure you plan ahead and get it customized to meet all your specific needs.

Easily customizable
Pros

Lanteria is fairly easy to customize. You can easily add fields to store employee data. Also it offers features for recruitment, onboarding and performance management, covering essential HR needs and also includes training courses for employee development.

Cons

There are some restrictions around permissions that can limit you in a way approval workflows work.

Lanteria HR system is pretty good
Pros

Lanteria HR is a fully electronic system. It's easy to set up, implement and use. We were able to customize it to meet the Council's specific requirements.

Cons

Since this is the only HR system I have used so far, I like it and have nothing that I dislike.
