The auto clock-in feature does not always work well due to mobile data issues in some buildings. Many of the features are not functioning properly, and I am still waiting for support to fix them, including my inbox. This makes it really hard for me to track my tasks and organize my day. Despite turning off notifications in both personal and organization settings, everyone still keeps getting bombarded with emails. The work orders are awkward to use, and there is no option to duplicate tasks for just one or two days, only weekly or monthly. The timesheets are not reliable, manual tracking is inconsistent, and making manual entries after shifts for payroll is clunky and time-consuming, especially for long shifts where meal breaks need to be recorded.

It is an external clocking tool, so employees need to remember to clock in before starting work on a different platform. It does not automatically engage when they begin using other work programs. It relies on employees remembering to clock in on Hubstaff first before accessing any other work-related program.
