HiringThing customer support service is commendable
Pros
It is fairly easy to communicate with their staff. They respond quickly and are helpful. So yes I really like their team as they are always available whenever I need them.
Cons
It would be great if there were more industry specific job boards. For instance, we focus on staffing nurses and allied health professionals, so having job boards like Nurse.com or alliedhealth.com would be really beneficial.

A lot of improvements are needed
Pros
Your platform used to have an app that was decent, but now that it's gone so now accessing it from my iPhone is very difficult.
Cons
Well i did like to have the option to email a resume, but currently thats an option not available.

A happy client!
Pros
HiringThing is a good platform for keeping track of our applicants. As when I search for an applicant by name, it pulls up all their submissions which makes it really easy for me to find everything.
Cons
It's a bit difficult to toggle back and forth between viewing the "multiple apps" and then returning to the job post applicants.

Over the past six years, I have worked a lot with Kinexa Brass Ring and Taleo across three large corporations. I've used more than five different Taleo platforms and two Brass Ring platforms. This is my first experience with HiringThing and I find it very user-friendly and simple. Cons
The functionality might be there, though I have not found it yet, but it would be really helpful to be able to send mass emails to previous applicants who meet the required or desired criteria from HiringThing.
