Pros

The platform is easy to use, letting me book holiday, sick, or birthday leave with just a click. I really like the integration with Google Ccalendar, which makes it easy to see when my colleagues are off. We also just started using it for performance reviews.

Cons

I don't have anything to mention here. I really like the product.

A great HR tool
Pros

I appreciate that I can look up all employees in the company to find their titles, offices and managers. This is really helpful in a large organization. Having all payroll, documents, and time off requests in one spot is also a big plus.

Cons

Sometimes I've experienced glitches when using Bob, like not being able to use the search bar for some reason.

Amazing software for small companies
Pros

Overall my experience has been positive. Small companies with fewer than 1k employees might find this app especially useful.

Cons

I feel like there could be more regular updates and the functions seem a bit basic compared to similar apps like Polaris PSA's "Replicon."

HiBob is truly great
Pros

It's easy to use and gets the job done. I like that employees can book holidays and see when their colleagues are off.

Cons

The attendance feature doesn't always track the time correctly when someone clock in or out.

Its the backbone of our HR system
Pros

HiBob is our backbone for employee management. Its Google integration is simple yet effective. I'd definitely recommend it.

Cons

The task reminders can be inconsistent and sometimes it duplicates tasks when I trigger them manually. If we start a task manually, the auto version shouldn't trigger too.

Smooth HR Operations with HiBob
Pros

I was really impressed with how efficient Bob's time tracking and time off request features are. They made HR operations much easier for both employees and admins. The integration with other HR systems also helps keep everything running smoothly.

Cons

Bob does well overall, I think it could improve its customization options for surveys and feedback. More flexibility in designing surveys would make it even better.

A good tool for 360 degree performance measurement
Pros

It's easy to understand, has customizable editing rights, keeps information confidential and allows for real time tracking.

Cons

It gets stuck pretty often. Doesn't support some formats and is not very mobile friendly.

A must try HR tool
Pros

I have it on my laptop. It lets me see polls and track who has started certain questionnaires. I can also see who engages with comments, which helps us set standards moving forward.

Cons

As a customer, I haven't experienced any issues with Bob yet. I'm looking forward to using it more.
