Great ATS, weak workforce management
Pros

I think the best part of Harri ATS is how great it is as a tool. The Harri Workforce Management system looks good, is easy to set up, and is simple to use, but unfortunately, it does not always work as expected.

Cons

The Workforce Management system has several significant issues that need addressing. For example, overtime tracking is not functioning correctly, which results in employees being underpaid. This bug remains unfixed, causing unnecessary complications. Additionally, Harri does not store working patterns, which leads to inaccurate calculations for things like holiday pay, sickness pay/deductions, and bank holiday entitlements for part-time salaried employees. This oversight creates a lot of discrepancies in payroll management that need urgent attention.

Best tracking tool
Pros

I really appreciate how easy it is to keep my applications updated and track their progress.

Cons

Unfortunately, not every company utilizes this system, which limits its reach and overall impact. It would be beneficial if more companies were able to integrate with it, as its features could greatly benefit a wider audience.

Harri is unmatched!
Pros

I love how easily I can track my applications, schedule interviews if I'm offered one, and update my profile whenever needed.

Cons

One downside is that I cannot specify the exact times I am available, which is quite limiting. The system only allows me to select broad categories such as part-time, full-time, or any time, but it doesn't let me input specific time frames that would be more useful for my scheduling needs. This lack of detail is inconvenient and doesn't give enough flexibility.

Top choice for small/medium businesses
Pros

The scheduling system is easy and flexible even across multiple locations that often share the same resources. I particularly love the paperless onboarding and employee files, and the constant updates ensure that we remain legally compliant at all times.

Cons

It would be really great to see stronger virtual recruiting bot functionality. Having a more advanced bot to assist with the recruiting process would improve the efficiency and ease of hiring, making the overall experience smoother and more automated.

Amazing solution
Pros

Harri is incredibly easy to use. My managers in the field and candidates have all mentioned how user-friendly the system is. We absolutely love it!

Cons

So far, we have not encountered any features that we dislike. The system has been performing well for us, and we have found it to be effective in meeting our needs without any noticeable drawbacks.

Game changer for our company
Pros

One feature I admire is that all of the employee documents are stored in one place, and the I-9 form is automatically filled out with computer precision.

Cons

There is nothing in particular that I would consider a major issue. The key to smooth operation lies in ensuring that managers are properly trained to use technology in general. With proper training, there should be no major problems or challenges that arise during the system's use.

Reliable option
Pros

Harri provides an excellent applicant tracking system that allows me to source, select, interview, and hire candidates all within a streamlined piece of software. Since many hospitality and restaurant-specific candidates use Harri, it naturally fits all of my ATS needs. However, as with any software tailored to my organization, I had to do a lot of back-and-forth customization.

Cons

Harri's software is not as simple as the support team claims it to be. While it may seem simple when they explain its capabilities, the reality is that when it comes time to implement it, go live, and train internal teams, the system becomes far less user-friendly. This can be particularly challenging when working with hospitality employees who may not be as tech-savvy, making the learning curve more steep than expected.

I love harri
Pros

I like that we were able to customize our questions and that we now have a dashboard where we can see where our applicants stand. We manage multiple restaurants, and being able to see who was hired, who wasn't selected, and other applications' status is so helpful for managing our teams, especially when opening new restaurants.

Cons

Up to this point, we have thoroughly enjoyed using this product and have not encountered any significant issues that would lead us to offer complaints or concerns. We are generally satisfied with how well it functions for our needs.

Useful site for hiring retail and kitchen staff
Pros

It's so nice to have a website specifically designed for the hospitality industry. I find it great that I can see people's availability easily.

Cons

One thing that is unclear is whether individuals are actively looking for jobs or if they simply haven't taken down their profiles yet. This lack of clarity can make it difficult to assess how engaged candidates are with the hiring process, leading to confusion.

Pros

I truly appreciate how well-suited this system is for our customers.

Cons

There is definitely room for improvement in the UI. Enhancing the UI could make the system more user-friendly and visually appealing, improving the overall user experience for everyone involved.
