Pros

Since day one, it has continuously improved with new features. The dedicated account manager provides effective support, and the pricing is competitive for an HRIS.

Cons

There is a lack of integration with payroll providers (such as Zucchetti in Italy), which prevents full simplification of this process. The roadmap was initially defined by the company, and it is challenging to prioritize client requests. Customization based on country-specific needs is a good feature but difficult to standardize for multi-country management, as all elements should be included in aggregated reporting.

Terrible customer service
Pros

Managing leave was made much simpler for me, as the process was smooth and easy to handle.

Cons

The customer service is absolutely disastrous! They are very eager to acquire new customers, but when it comes to existing customers, it is nearly impossible to reach them by phone. They never respond to emails and fail to keep their commitments.

Still unsure about how to use it
Pros

I really appreciate the feature that allows me to check attendance by sending payslips, which helps with easily inputting shifts.

Cons

There are no notifications to remind employees to clock in and out. I also don't see the workplaces in the shifts, and the explanation is too superficial. I could use the service for more things, but I don't know how to use all of its features yet.
