Software performs well and covers the basic functions at a lower price than many other systems out there.
Cons
The reporting can be a bit tricky at times and does not always give us what we need in the format we want. Rehiring is not handled well either as it overwrites previous work data and causes us to lose that information.

I do not have any major issues with Eddy. It works great. While I do not use it daily, its nice knowing where to go when I need a document or have a task to complete.

Eddy is not only very user friendly but also super efficient! Plus the customer support I got mainly from Jordan was top-notch. They are quick and very attentive. I will say Eddy is the real deal!

To be honest I cannot think of anything at the moment! I fully trust them and so does everyone I have recommended them to.
