Simple and easy to use

Ease software is quite easy and simple to use. Plus I love how user-friendly it is and having everything related to benefits in one place is something that makes it more likable.

Honestly, I do not have any negative feedback about EASE at this time.

Fell short of our expectations

The concept of it is great but the site feels clunky and not very user-friendly.

Cons

Even brokers find it difficult to use. Like I have tried it both ways through a broker and self-serve, and even after months of use, its still confusing and hard to navigate.

Saves us time and money

Pros

Yes we definitely face problems, but we made a decision to stick with Ease, it is because it allows us to store a lot of information which any other option might not allow. Plus I like how everything has moved to digital instead of using paper. It saved us time, money and effort.

Cons

There are a few important features missing from Ease, but I believe they could be easily added. So, yeah looking forward to it.

My experience with ease software is going good. Whatever I suggest to them, they take it seriously and make changes accordingly, and they even make sure that the software stays up to date.

User-friendly even for the employees

I like that employees can log in and manage their own enrollment choices and access information about their benefits.

I did not face any issues using Ease.

The online benefits enrollment allows for e-signing, and it does the job well. However, it takes a lot of time like longer than necessary.

Cons

We didn't find the payroll and other features useful enough to keep, so we switched to Rippling for our payroll, HR documents and more.

Pros

With Ease software, electronic open enrollment is no longer a problem for our employees. They can log in and navigate the application pretty easily. Plus, they can choose the best option, sign and log out.

Cons

Ease software may not be the best fit for larger companies. Also the app is way too simple and some features are not customizable.

Ease is easy to customize

The platform is easy to navigate and customize which gives me the freedom to set up the benefits portal the way I want for our employees.

Cons

Nothing major to complaint about Ease. There were a few minor issues with sign-on after a while but it might have just been coding problems.

Not only it is easy to use but the system runs smoothly and the operation is simple too.

There are way too many options. I think it would be better to simplify it based on user needs.
