There's a room for improvement
Pros

The collaboration with Sunlife allows us for easy editing and the homepage is interactive. The downloadable calendars are also very useful.

Cons

Some features are missing, like the lack of templates in the Surveys section. Also, it takes several clicks to reach certain pages (like the Time Off page, which could be better organized). The Roles & Permissions/default roles are a bit tricky to navigate. The only reason I've managed to get through these areas is because of the excellent customer service.

Really an all in one management platform
Pros

As a user of collage hr software I can confidently say it has greatly improved our HR processes. Collage hr is an all in one platform that offers features like employee onboarding, time off management, benefits administration, performance management, and more. It's easy to use and provides a complete view of all HR activities. One of the best features is the employee onboarding process. The platform provides a customizable checklist that guides new hires through all the steps. It also makes managing employee benefits simple by allowing us to easily enroll employees and handle ongoing changes. Additionally, collage hr offers a variety of reports that provide key insights into HR metrics like employee turnover and benefits usage. These reports are easy to generate and help us make informed decisions.

Cons

There are some areas where collage hr could improve. For example, the platform doesn't offer a native payroll feature, which means we need to rely on a separate payroll system. Additionally the performance management module could be enhanced with features like goal setting and career development plans.

Everyone should try this
Pros

I love how you can export your performance reviews to view them all at once. The platform is very user-friendly and the support team is always quick to respond to any questions or concerns.

Cons

They offer very few integrations. For instance unless you're willing to switch your payroll or expense tracking software to their integration there are no options to connect with other tools.

I really appreciate the simplicity and ease of use of the software.

Cons

Several features that were promised during the selection process are missing. The time off feature is not great, it doesn't account for holidays and we have overpaid employees who have left due to how Collage's system is set up.

Pros

It's great for keeping track of employee files. The onboarding process is so easy and collecting employee signatures is simple. Overall it's excellent.

Cons

It takes a bit of time to get used to, but the support is fantastic (via chat, email, etc.).

Perfect for a startup company

The software is mostly flexible and it does a great job of automating recruitment and onboarding. It's also fantastic at tracking employee data.

Cons
