ClayHR is user-friendly

Pros

I have been using ClayHR for work in South Africa and it's without a doubt a really user-friendly app. I have enjoyed the experience so far and it's been working well for me.

Cons

There was a time I could not log in due to my location, which was really frustrating since it kept saying I wasn't within the geofence. Well I am not sure if it was because of the company's settings or something else.

Truly exceptional

Pros

So far, things are going well. Even though I am just getting started but I like it and am excited to see more as I go. The software is easy to pick up and I really like the different tools it offers for all sorts of tasks. It makes everything feel a lot more manageable.

Cons

ClayHR app on the phone isn't perfect yet, but I am confident it will improve soon.

Ideal choice for HR teams

Pros

We use ClayHR a lot for managing leave, performance reviews, kudos and hiring, and it's been really great. The whole app is super easy to use. We use the Slack integration a lot and our PTO approvers can approve or reject leave requests right from Slack which is awesome. Hiring automation works smoothly too, as job positions show up on Indeed and we get a ton of candidates from there for free. So overall it is really easy to use and the integrations with Slack, Indeed and Jira make it super flexible. Plus, the mobile apps are very detailed which is really convenient for me.

Cons

The systems configurability is great, but sometimes you need to tweak the settings to get the exact results you're looking for. In those situations, the ClayHR Ask HR feature comes in handy, and the chat support has also been helpful.

Stands out to me among the rest

Pros

What stands out for me is just how simple and easy the platform is to navigate and use. It is a really excellent app for both employers and employees.

Cons

As an employee, I haven't faced any issues with ClayHR so far.
