I appreciate the monthly calendars that highlight key dates, as well as the concise yet informative videos that cover a wide range of HR topics. They provide valuable insights in a digestible format, making it easier to stay informed.

I have not experienced anything I dislike about it yet. For now, we, as an organization, are extremely satisfied with its performance, and I would highly recommend it to others.

Simplifies HR tasks.

Pros

One feature I find particularly useful is that any changes made in Bernie Portal are automatically synced with both our payroll provider and insurance providers. This seamless integration saves time and ensures consistency across all systems.

Cons

One improvement I would like to see is the ability to select which information gets imported to the payroll provider. Sometimes, unnecessary data is sent, and having more control over this would be helpful.
