Job Board Integration: By posting jobs on Workable, we get a lot of organic applicants. It saves us time and means we don't have to pay for extra job boards or sourcing tools. Self-Scheduling: For a team without a recruitment coordinator, the self-scheduling tool is a huge help. It makes setting up interviews much easier. AI Sourcing: I use AI sourcing more now. Sometimes, the ideal candidate is already in your ATS, you just need to find them!

Cons

I wish there was an option to export reports in Excel. The current options, PDF and CSV, are not ideal for analysis, so I end up having to convert them after downloading.
