Affordable choice!
Pros
WebClock training is very helpful and easily accessible for all employees. Also it is simple to use and quite affordable compared to other WebClock programs available today. The training team was quite helpful too and always available to assist with our questions through email and live sessions. They made the entire transition much smoother.
Cons
Well I personally want the design and layout of the site a bit more appealing and it would be great if I could schedule employees or input schedules more easily. Sometimes, it feels like there's too much clicking involved to set a schedule or update a missed time punch. However, I do like how Dayforce is organized as it makes it easy for me to use and adjust times.

Support team of WebClock is very helpful!
Pros
Tracking both my employees and my own time has become really easy. Plus the support team members of WebClock are always friendly and helpful.
Cons
We don't have any complaints so far. WebClock works great for our small business.

The support team, especially mainly the one assisting us was quite friendly, helpful and they remember me, which is quite praiseworthy. :)
Cons
I failed to find a list showing how much PTO each employee is accruing. I honestly thought this would be an easy fix.
