Pros
We used to love it when it was Sheakley.
Cons
They were not transparent about our outstanding ERTC payments. They attempted to hold them as a credit rather than paying us a lump sum for the one payment we've received. Plus they also did not pay the full amount of interest due, claiming it was a fee which goes against the law.

So many inconsistencies - I won't recommend it!
So many inconsistencies - I won't recommend it!
Pros
I stayed with them as long as I did because I was able to get benefits. However, the poor service eventually made me leave, as it just was not worth the hassle anymore.
Cons
I have had a really bad experience with their payroll system. They're always fixing their own mistakes, re-running things and changing my invoices. On top of that, they keep switching account managers, which makes it super hard to get a proper understanding of our payroll. As a small business, it's been a total headache and I cannot even imagine how confusing it would be with dozens of employees. Honestly, it was a no for me. I'm giving it 1 star, and if I could give it lower I definitely would.
