Definitely not worth It!

Pros

There's not much I can say about it. Maybe just the organizational chart could be improved.

Cons

The system is not easy to understand for both administrators and users. It feels overly complicated, and there is no consistent experience across the platform due to various acquisitions. Customer service is terrible, and the price is too high.

UKG is a must have!

Pros

UKG is really simple and convenient to use. I only wish I had discovered it earlier because it has made my daily tasks at work a lot easier.

Cons

UKG might feel difficult to use at first, but once you get the hang of it, it offers a lot of benefits.

UKGpro is Excellent

Pros

What I love the most is that it's an all-in-one app. You can find pay stubs, continuing education, benefits information, and time-off balances right on the dashboard. Everything is easy to access.

Cons

I have not faced any issues with UKG Pro.

Absolutely terrible

Pros

The user interface is very interactive and clean. Also, the single sign-on login is a nice touch. That's about it.

Cons

The mobile app doesn't really offer any useful features. The search function barely works and doesn't return anything useful. The website often has errors, and the instructions for the app are a joke. The app store button is nowhere to be found.

Outstanding quality

It brings all my payroll information together in one place and makes it super easy to access.

Cons

There were times when my access was limited, and I had to change my passwords, which made it hard to get to my payroll information.

Easy to use and convenient

The mobile app is so convenient, and it's really easy to use, which makes a big difference!

Cons

Some of my team members have reported that the app crashes, forcing them to uninstall and reinstall it to get it working again.

Perfect HRIS solution

Pros

It offers payroll services along with talent management services and much more. It's basically an all-in-one system for HR, not just individual services.

Cons

At first, it's a bit tricky to get used to all the features and the user interface, but once you do, it becomes enjoyable.

I don't like that there are no templates available that would allow me to auto-fill the same work hours and codes each week.

Managing timecards is simple and smooth for me, and it's really easy to view and submit PTO requests.

I find setting up employee schedules to be a bit tricky at times.

Best for small business

Pros

I liked how the software is laid out, and how all the settings are clear and easy to understand.

Cons

I didn't notice any downsides to the software.
