Simply amazing
Pros

When looking for experienced candidates, this system provides great features like an easy way to store resumes and CRM functions that work well. I liked it!

Cons

I don't think there are any downsides to using Trackstar, or maybe I've just been lucky and haven't run into any issues.

Feature-rich free version
Pros

This product offers both a free trial and a free version. It is fairly simple to use and great for hiring and posting job openings. I especially liked the career page and how customizable it was. The ability to personalize the applications with a questionnaire add-on was also great. Everyone involved in the hiring process can share feedback and communicate easily. It integrates with social media, helping you reach a large number of candidates.

Cons

There is no mobile app, and sometimes that can be really frustrating and inconvenient. The customer service wasn't great either, and I didn't have a pleasant experience with them. The duplicate application prevention doesn't work as it should. Overall, the program could be more refined and easier to use.

Effective for identifying the best talent
Pros

Recruiterbox really helped me streamline the recruiting process. Our HR team was able to filter candidates effectively, and the system for approving or declining candidates for the next step was excellent.

Cons

Sometimes it was a bit awkward sharing thoughts on a candidate's CV, and it wasn't always clear who had made which comments.

Simple and effective
Pros

The hiring process is very simple to follow. It only asks the important questions and allows you to fill in the necessary information. It does not overwhelm you with complicated settings or multiple options.

Cons

The free trial was great, and I used it to hire one person. However, when I tried it again a year later, it still worked, but it became more aggressive about pushing upgrades and trying to get me off the free plan.

Useful tool for managing recruiting tasks
Pros

I like how you can customize the interview process and workflow for each specific role.

Cons

I don't find it very easy to use or adaptable, and it's not the best when reviewing other people's comments on interviewees.

Good for tracking, Could be better
Pros

It's easy to review applicants and share them with colleagues. Scheduling interviews is simple and you can see what interviews others have scheduled with the same candidate. It's great that everything is in one place, and the reviews and ratings are transparent.

Cons

The review process can be confusing. There's a quick review that seems to be different from a regular review. If you end up doing one instead of the other, you keep getting email reminders to finish your review. On the bright side, when I reached out to customer service about this, they were very quick to respond and help me sort it out. I do wish you could hide other people's reviews and ratings until you've finished your own, so they don't influence your opinion.

Pros

This software is easy to use, and navigating through it is simple. Moving candidates through the hiring process, generating offer letters, and getting support from customer service are all smooth and simple.
