Easy to use with a sleek UI and UX
Pros

Time Doctor software is really simple to use and it lets us track time from anywhere. We can track by job and by task, which is great. Plus, for employees, it takes screenshots so you can verify if they were actually working on the task.

Cons

I have found that admin changes need to be made on the website rather than through the app, but it's really not a big deal since it's fast and does not create much of an issue.

We have been using Time Doctor for almost two years now and it's been a great experience. The accuracy of tracking employee time is spot on and the screen recording feature is really impressive too.

Cons

There are times when email notifications do not come through which causes issues for us.

Saves both money and time�win-win!
Pros

It's been an amazing experience so far and like I mentioned earlier, it's saved us both money and time. Also the ability to monitor hours, schedules and timesheets for our remote workers has been a huge time-saver. Plus it really helped us save money and made the whole process a lot smoother than our old system.

Cons

Customer service does take a few days to respond, which I find very frustrating as at times urgent assistance is required.

My thoughts on Time Doctor
Pros

The app never freezes and always works well, giving accurate data every time. It's really good, and I will definitely recommend it to my friends or even my previous employer.

Cons

So far, I have not encountered any issues since it works reliably every time.

Is Time Doctor the right pick for you?
Pros

The best thing about Time Doctor is that it tracks time really efficiently, along with mouse clicks and keyboard activity. It also has a screenshot feature to make sure the employee is using their time wisely.

Cons

The only issue I have come across with Time Doctor is occasional syncing problems, but they are quick to resolve them as they are always working on improvements.

A solid tool for managing your time
Pros

Time Doctor meets all my time tracking needs, including scheduling and attendance records. And it is highly accurate and I like that it works seamlessly on both Apple and Microsoft devices.

Cons

While Time Doctor is a great time tracker but there is a lack of customer support for ongoing issues so you might need to troubleshoot on your own.
