I like the software's productivity and its ability to serve multiple users. Plus it also offers several useful features which includes applicant tracking, onboarding, compliance, customization and new hire forms which improve its overall usefulness.
Cons
So far I have not found anything that I dislike to report. I must say the customer service has been excellent!

TalentNest software has helped me a lot to build high-performance teams and improve performance management. Also it offers a range of comprehensive packages, operates as a cloud based human capital management system and is easy to install. I have experienced excellent customer support and assigning teams to key objectives is pretty simple now. The customizable templates are a plus and generating workforce analytics is easy and I can use it as often as needed and it integrates very well with other tools.
Cons
The software meets all my expectations and I have not come across any major flaws.

Well this application tracking software is very good and useful for me. It allows us to quickly sort candidates and makes managing applications easy for our HR department. TalentNest software is equipped with great features and TalentNest very much improves my experience by streamlining candidate application tracking and allowing me to filter them according to our priorities. Also the dashboard is also a great addition. All these features have really improved productivity for both me and my team.

TalentNest tool offers very good features that allow me to carry out my work smoothly. It can be updated to align with market needs and I believe the company is on the right track regarding software modifications.

TalentNest offers multiple features for managing application tracking. I really like its reporting feature, bulk actions, quick dashboards and assessment tools. Also it properly addresses issues like integrated assessments of candidates which allows me to make quicker decisions when onboarding. The quick dashboard feature lets us favorite candidate profiles and sort them according to our needs which helps our productivity.

There is nothing that I dislike about TalentNest as a company or the software it provides for application tracking and management. However I would recommend adding more features to make the software even better.

TalentNest is meeting all of our hiring needs pretty well. Also the software is user friendly for our entire Talent Acquisition team. From creating requisitions to discovering new candidates and re-engaging past ones, it also allows me to quickly create email and SMS templates. And communicating with candidates about the hiring process is easy too and with the ideal integration, I can easily assess candidate grades and search the database for former candidates for outreach.

TalentNest is the best candidate tracking system that allows me to manage the selection process for job applicants properly. Also it provides a detailed view of the entire hiring phase and allows me to record applicants applications. Plus its usefulness lies in the speed and agility with which I can manage the candidate selection process from when applications arrive to the final hiring stage. Information about different candidates is organized using keywords and stored properly too.
Cons
I have no serious complaints to mention. One thing that the COVID-19 pandemic highlighted is the importance of remote communication. Online trading is very important for recruiting software. The best thing about TalentNest is that hiring process is simplified and continues despite various challenges. Candidates receive constant updates on the status of their profiles.

Additional benefits include a customizable website, automatic job distribution, quick reviews, automatic responses, a customizable recruitment flow, integrated evaluations as well as reporting and analysis features which allows us for bulk sharing.

It is very user friendly and delivers excellent results throughout the process to meet the candidates needs. And I highly recommend it, as it has no faults I feel like.
