A must-have software for growing businesses

Pros

What I really like about RUN powered by ADP is how easy it is to set up and run payroll. The fact that they handle tax filings for you is a huge bonus and the reports are awesome. Overall, RUN powered by ADP is simply amazing. It makes running payroll super simple and user-friendly and they automatically take care of tax filings and W-2s. They also have a mobile app which makes everything even more convenient. Plus the employee portal is great for giving them easy access to everything. And I can't forget to mention the reports as they are phenomenal.

Cons

One thing I don't like about RUN powered by ADP is that its pricing is a bit higher compared to some other payroll providers available.

Payroll has never been so easy!

Pros

We used a small local firm to process our payroll at first but once they retired, we needed to find a new solution. We really liked the pricing for this product because it wasn't a big jump from what we were already paying. Processing payroll is also very easy and I really like that they have an automated feature for salary payroll as it makes everything run so much smoother.

Cons

Some documents that we need processed can take several weeks to complete due to the high volume of clients they are managing.

Just OK as many features are not to par

Pros

RUN covers all the basic aspects of payroll processing. However, other than that, I found nothing that amazed or impressed me.

Cons

I found that many of the features in RUN weren't up to par or didn't work properly. The experience support team was also quite disappointing.

Much safer than other options

Pros

Whenever an issue comes up, customer service is always there to help us even if it's last minute and make sure everyone gets paid on time.

Cons

RUN can be glitchy at times and there is a lot of turnover, so it's hard to keep a consistent point of contact.

Better alternatives are available

Pros

What I really like is how simple it is to handle payroll. It's quick and I can easily make manual customizations when needed.

Cons

It is glitchy and the customer service doesn't do much to resolve issues.

Decent for startups

Pros

I love how easy ADP is to use. It takes care of all the payroll taxes and forms for me which is such a big help.

Cons

The time clock app doesn't sync with the RUN ADP app, which causes a lot of inconvenience.

ADP is user-friendly

Pros

ADP's interface is highly intuitive and easy to navigate. It's like a one stop shop as we can log in, input hours, access pay stubs, view or print tax documents and log out without hassle.

Cons

On the management side, the one thing I don't really like is having to add features a la carte. It ends up making the service more expensive than I expected. But for now ADP works well for what I need.

Has a great experience

Pros

So far I've had a great experience with ADP so far. I have been using it for 2 years now and I'll definitely keep using it. Setting up payroll is very simple and my account executive is always quick to respond and really helpful whenever I need assistance.

Cons

After I canceled the 401K plan, my monthly cost increased by $10.

Makes my job easy!!!

Customer service stands out here. I always get the help I need from a real person. Inputting information is also simple, and I feel like the team genuinely cares about its customers.

Cons

It is a little pricey but I do feel confident that I can always get help when needed. As a small business owner in NY, we pay a lot for services but payroll is the core of my business, so I understand the costs involved. It's tough to save on expenses but we try our best.

Simple and effective

Pros

ADP makes it so easy to add PTO, check schedules, track requests and assign managers. The customer service is excellent too and I love that they have provide a chat option whenever I need help.

Cons

The reports could be more customizable and it doesn't sync PTO with Google Calendar which would be helpful.
