Incredible Software!!
Pros

The program is designed to make work easier for both companies and employees. Payroll, scheduling and time tracking work really well for me. It's great for employee clock ins and clock outs, and it truly saves time.

Cons

The software is a bit slow and I think more features are needed to make it more userfriendly.

Boosts productivity and quality
Pros

My experience with Schedulehead has been fantastic overall! The developers stay in close contact with my company, always looking for ways to improve the program to better suit our needs. Thank you for simplifying our processes! The easy to use menu makes navigating through options simple, saving me valuable time. The software doesn't have an overload of similar options, making it easier to complete the tasks I set out to do. The newly released interface gives it a fresh and friendly appeal.

Cons

My main concern is that they don't have a realtime tracker for employee start and stop times on the job.

This software is the best for scheduling
Pros

Schedulehead has made producing films and shoots a lot easier for my team and I. From an organizational perspective it's been a game changer. I love how it allows me to schedule different actors for different shoots, saving time on sending individual emails. Everything stays organized and that means fewer headaches.

Cons

I'm not a fan of the price though I understand they need to make a profit. Maybe enhancing their support would help justify the cost.

Really makes scheduling very easy
Pros

This software takes the stress out of scheduling. Scheduling can be a challenge for most managers but this tool provides flexibility for those of us with varying schedules during tech weeks, off seasons, etc.

Cons

We stopped using it because it wasn't costeffective for us but we do miss it.

Works great for caterers and event planners
Pros

Schedulehead is excellent for catering. It lets you schedule based on events or in a regular grid format for normal shifts. In catering, we often need to schedule 80 people across multiple events and locations on the same day. Schedulehead makes it easy by allowing us to build each event separately with event specific information, uniform details etc. The autotext feature is also helpful, notifying people about events they may want to work.

Cons

There's not really anything to complain about after using Schedulehead specially after using it for a while.

Tried it but did not quite like it.
Pros

It covers all basic needs and offers additional features like the ability to automate scheduling and send text notifications to employees.

Cons

It's tailored to specific types of businesses, and for those, it works great. But I think for most businesses, the extra features make it feel a bit clunky.

Offers great flexibility
Pros

The flexibility and customization options are great. Many reviews mention problems that can be easily solved by adjusting settings or contacting support. Over the last year and a half of using Schedulehead, I've discovered that the software has more power than it initially appears. To make the onboarding experience less confusing, some of the advanced features are hidden, but reaching out to Schedulehead's support team revealed a lot of potential. What stands out most is their willingness to roll out custom features tailored to our account and unique needs at a reasonable cost.

Cons

If I had to point out something negative, it's that we've been with Schedulehead since they were smaller and we've seen a lot of changes over the past year. However very few of these changes have negatively impacted us, and many have been made at our request. In fact the 'con' for us has often been a positive, as they listen and act quickly.

Good match for lite scheduling
Pros

It's a great piece of software for basic scheduling tasks and tracking schedule history. It's easy to use, although I'd like to see more insightful suggestions for call-in situations in a future update. The interface is very user-friendly with clear instructions and help sections. You can set a standard schedule frame and make necessary tweaks as needed.

Cons

It could improve in terms of being more intuitive or predictive when managing schedule changes. A feature that lets you input a call-in and recommend someone to cover would be a useful addition, balancing hours and ensuring adequate rest.
