Pros

The expanded Analytics section introduced in their recent platform updates is something I really appreciate.

Cons

The only issue with Rival is the interconnectivity with our current systems, which seems more related to the combination of systems we use than to Rival's product itself.

Rival makes onboarding so easy
Pros

Customizing tasks, assigning them to specific individuals and selecting the types of forms or notifications sent is a great thing for me. Rival enhances our onboarding process, making employees, managers, and internal stakeholders feel supported while significantly reducing manual processes and saving time. As an administrator, making necessary changes in real time without needing to contact support or incur additional costs is a huge advantage.

Cons

There are so many places to make changes and I think it's great but it can be overwhelming to remember where everything is when adjustments are needed.

Pros

During my trial of Rival software for a project on recruitment systems, the onboard module provided a wealth of candidate data and a structured hiring schedule, including job advertisements, application collection, screening, and interviews. Rival proves to be a fantastic platform for HR professionals, allowing easy data export to excel for analyzing engagement activities and performance through the Perform module, which integrates smoothly. Daily use over 14 days was beneficial.

Cons

The initial implementation of the software was challenging for us and there is a need for improvement in the availability of customer support.

Accessing and viewing employee information is simple with all data conveniently located in one place.

Amazing experience with Rival!
Pros

The ability to connect systems on the backend is valuable. Our HRIS integrates with the onboarding system, sharing the same backend with the performance system. Changes made in the HRIS are automatically updated in the Silkroad programs.

Cons

There were issues with the scheduling features, but with a recent update, there's hope that these problems will be resolved.

Great for employee training
Pros

One of the most helpful features of Silk Road technology is its efficiency in scaling compliance training for all employees. The software also sends email reminders for due trainings, incomplete ones, and confirmations of completion, maintaining an ongoing record of employee compliance.

Cons

The interface of Silk Road Technology feels outdated to me and not modern when navigating through the training.

Pros

Having a custom onboarding portal with both information and action items is a great addition to my workflow.

Cons

It would be helpful to trigger emails that include actual attachments instead of just links to them.
