It's just ok
Pros

The software is easy to navigate and understand. It is not like others I have used in the past.

I often get a lot of bugs such as messages disappearing.

Sorted our scheduling and communication
Pros

Prospr has made communication really simple whether through direct messages or general updates. Scheduling is also much easier now. Also we have both full-time and part-time staff, and it lets us easily manage shifts, including part-timers to pick up extra hours. I also love the directory feature which keeps everyone's contact information readily available.

Cons

Well I do not always receive notifications when messages are sent to me. It can get a bit hectic which makes it difficult to locate certain things. And I can only make specific scheduling changes on the computer as the software is not fully compatible with mobile devices.

Pros

Checking my schedule and clocking in and out has never been this easy. Credit goes to Prospr.

No cons to report maybe because I just do not use it that often.

Pros

It works well for us in keeping everyone on the same page and up to date. Also I really like how easy it is to communicate with my team plus the option to create different groups is a nice touch.

Cons

I would like to have a like or acknowledge feature for messages.

Pros

Overall Prospr software has been easy to use. I mainly like how simple it is to view my schedule and see who I'm working with.

Cons

There is no option to input my availability like specifying that I am only available on Mondays from 9 to 5.

Pros

Everything I need to run my studio is available in Prospr software and I really like that.

Cons

Prospr scheduling feature need improvements. I should not have to worry about one team's schedule disappearing after I publish another team's.

Prospr is highly intuitive
Pros

Prospr software is easy to use and quite reliable. Figuring things out with Prospr has been very simple too.

Cons

It would better if the schedule displayed in a calendar format when viewing shifts.

Great for communicating
Pros

Both the group and individual chats are great and super helpful.

Cons

When I first started using it, there seemed to be a glitch with the notifications but it appears they have mostly resolved that issue.
