PCRecruiter is really helpful for in-house hiring because it makes capturing candidate data so much easier. It has a searchable database, templates for workflows and customization options, which makes it quite versatile too.
Cons
There is no free trial available and the automatic candidate matching feature is quite limiting too.

The candidate tracking and reporting features are amazing, but honestly it was my trainer who really made a difference. He was super knowledgeable and patient, walking me through everything from the basics to advanced reporting. So let me tell you that the system itself is a powerful database that can really be useful, but you have to be committed to training and using it every day to get the most out of it.
Cons
I think the client reports could be more aligned with the candidate tracking features.

This ATS/CRM has been around for over 20 years and it works really well for recruiting and managing jobs and clients. As a Senior Recruiter with an RPO, PCRecruiter has been a great tool for me over the years as it helps me keep track of all the details in the recruitment process.

I have been using PCRecruiter software mainly for application tracking, and it offers a lot of great features like searching resumes, posting jobs online and managing candidates. Overall, it is been really useful and I have been using it for almost 6 months now.
Cons
All the options are really easy and simple to use. I highly recommend it to everyone, and honestly I do not have anything negative to say.

One of the standout features is how customizable the system is. We can run reports from any screen or field. The analytics provided are also really helpful. Before choosing PCRecruiter, we explored many other options and did several demos, which took a lot of time. At one point, we almost thought we wouldn't find a suitable solution. Then I happened to come across PCRecruiter by chance. Our sales rep was fantastic, answering all our questions and listening to our needs. And now it is been nearly a year since we started using PCRecruiter and it has been great to work with. The software is easy to use and lets you set views based on job titles so people only see the relevant fields. You can also set fields as read-only so others can view the information but not edit it. Switching to PCRecruiter was one of the best decisions we made and their support team is always quick to respond and resolve any issues. I highly recommend everyone switch to PCRecruiter.

If you are used to "JD" but are looking for something more budget-friendly, PCRecruiter is a great option. It handles everything from Applicant Tracking to Applicant Management. Overall, it is a reliable tool for recruiting as it makes the entire process easier and more automated. From the pipeline to job boards, it provides a smooth experience for users.

Since it's a web-based product, a fast internet connection is essential for smooth operation and this can be sometimes challenging.

PCRecruiter has proven to be a game changer for our firm as it helps us track and manage a huge amount of complex data. The support from PCRecruiter's consultants is excellent and our team really likes the detailed search function. It lets us gather tons of information with ease. Also the keyword search and user-defined codes are highly helpful for categorizing data. We use mass importing often and PCR capture works well when it's up and running. The database is highly customizable and we love being able to configure roll-up screens, search results and candidate cards to fit our needs.
Cons
The Mass Importing feature does not have a reliable duplicate check to catch all duplicates in the database. The skip if duplicate found option is not thorough enough. We need it to check against first and last names, all phone numbers and email fields. The PCR capture tool frequently shuts off by itself, which happens several times an hour while my team is trying to use it. Also the PCR capture tool does not integrate with ZoomInfo Talent OS, which makes it difficult to pull data. And when you're in the notes section of a record and try to delete or edit using the right-click, the popup stays open even when you leave that screen which can be frustrating as it gets in the way. The same issue happens when editing details from a pipeline and right-clicking on a name. The popup stays open even after moving away from the screen. Also when you mass import name records tied to a company, the company keywords do not carry over to the records. Moreover there's a limit to the number of characters for keywords that you can map when mass importing. Unfortunately, mass texting is not available directly within PCR.

PCRecruiter software pretty much does everything you could need and has great customization tools. The customer service is top notch too. They always responded quickly, were totally fine with getting on the phone with me and even checked in later to make sure everything was good.
Cons
Cost is a bit higher compared to other programs available.
