My experience with paycom

Pros

Paycom offers a complete HR package, covering payroll and scheduling all in one place, making it really convenient for me.

Cons

It was difficult to enter the initial data during the setup process.

User friendly interface

The platform is really easy to use. It clearly shows payment details and documentation. The entire process is smooth and the interface is great.

Cons

So far, I have had no issues with Paycom. It's easy to access both the online and mobile versions of the application.

Pros

I appreciate the surveys we get from leadership. The platform has a central place for reviewing company documents and completing training. Everything related to HR is in one easy-to-access spot.

Cons

Although I like the training, it seems to have some limitations in terms of what it can do.

Lacks automation

I really like the paycheck preview feature. It's simple for employees to use.

Cons

From an admin perspective, it's very manual, and there's not much flexibility with position seats. It also has frequent glitches.

Very difficult for novice users

Paycom is more affordable for payroll and vacation management compared to other similar tools.

I didn't like the onboarding process and the time it took to get comfortable using the software.

All-in-one app

I love having an app where I can find all my scheduling, payroll, and tax information in one place. Everything is well-organized and easy to navigate.

It's a little too easy to accidentally select the wrong punch type.

Convenient payroll app

It's really convenient to access payroll information, time off, and other documents from my mobile device.

The user interface could use some updates to make it a bit more user-friendly.
