The customer service was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable! They made the process of using the billing software much easier, especially when I had just lost my in-office biller. Plus, I was able to get it at 30% less than what I had been paying!

I don't have any specific issues with the service. I would definitely recommend it to a practice that is considering making the switch to outsourced billing.
