I really had a good experience using Justworks. Like, it offers healthcare plans that are quite affordable and the overall user interface and payroll system make things simple for anyone to navigate. Also it is a simple and easy to use tool that comes with an excellent customer support and features.

Well it is a bit expensive for the company but the time it saves compensates well for the cost.

The interface is generally user-friendly and their customer support team is quite helpful most of the times. Even if they don't have an answer, they take the time to figure it out and get back to me as soon as possible. Furthermore Justworks makes managing pay, benefits and certain aspects of compliance a hassle-free job.

Cons

Some aspects of Justworks administration are not easy to customize, which causes issues for us mainly when try to implement a strategy for our team that is not entirely aligned with Justworks standard setup.

Software has sleek and modern design which allows you to find your way around. My company switched to another software because of the cost, and it is when I realized how much better Justworks was compared to others. Even though I am not too familiar with payroll, benefits and tax forms, still this platform made it easy to locate exactly what I needed when I needed it.

No complaints and haven't feel a need to contact customer service because the site is easy to navigate.
