Pros

The system is incredibly easy to understand and use. I can quickly make adjustments to templates and other recruitment tools without much trouble. It is a fantastic ATS, especially for smaller organizations.

Cons

JazzHR is primarily designed as an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), so it does not come with a full set of Human Resources Information System (HRIS) features.

Pros

I love JazzHR! It is easy to operate, and posting a job opening takes no time at all. I also like how all your email communications are tracked efficiently.

A promising ATS but way to go
Pros

The support team has been extremely helpful, and the platform offers great flexibility for customization. It has a good dashboard that is simple to use.

Cons

First, managing and tagging candidates is not as efficient as it could be. Second, the API integrations do not work flawlessly. Finally, the mobile version could definitely use an upgrade.

Pros

Their pricing structure is refreshingly transparent, and what's great is that every plan, even the most basic option known as the hero plan, allows for an unlimited number of users, which is a significant advantage for businesses of all sizes. One of the features I find particularly useful is the ability to post jobs with just one click. This covers a wide range of both free and paid job boards, making the process of reaching potential candidates quick. On top of that, they have integrations with various platforms, including popular ones like Monster and Zenefits, which play a crucial role in automating many of the recruiting workflows. This dramatically reduces the amount of manual effort typically required, allowing me to focus on more strategic aspects of hiring rather than spending time on repetitive tasks.

Cons

It is difficult to use for novice users due to the wide range of features, but after spending some time with it and going through tutorials, it becomes much easier to handle.

It is really easy to operate and affordable considering the value it offers.

Cons

When it comes to reporting, I find it frustrating that the offer letter tokens cannot be modified. You are forced to substitute tokens that do not match the correct title, which ends up being a messy process and makes things quite annoying.

Pros

JazzHR offers a highly easy platform. It provides options for job postings and applicant tracking in a very easy way. There are also useful features like keyword searching, which is a massive help when dealing with a large number of applications.

Cons

I struggle to find a job that we posted in the past. I believe this is because of how the jobs are organized within the Jobs menu.

Search feature works great
Pros

We receive a significant number of applications, and having the ability to quickly search through all the CVs for specific keywords is a great way to narrow them down to a manageable number. From there, you can bulk download them easily.

Cons

Honestly, not much, though it would be nice to have a single HR app that could handle leave requests as well. I am not sure if JazzHR is capable of this, but right now, we are using different software for managing leave.
