Pros
What stands out most about Hoops is its engagement rate. It is simply remarkable. And to be honest we have not come across another platform that consistently delivers user engagement at this level.
Cons
I honestly do not have anything to dislike about the platform. They have been very responsive to any questions I've had, and the setup process was smooth. I really enjoy the features and how easy it is to use, so there is nothing negative to mention.

Honestly, everything about this software is likable. It makes the application process much more engaging and gives me a detailed view of candidates before I even send them to a hiring manager. Both my clients and candidates are big fans of it and I've been extremely happy with the results.
Cons
I can't think of any major thing that I dislike and would like to complain about, but if I had to suggest something, it would be adding a scheduling component.
