I enjoy using it!
Pros
One thing I really like is the functionality for signing up for courses and lessons that our company requires. Also it is quite easy for me to register for classes on Criterion and it syncs directly with my calendar. I also enjoy the time management feature, as it lets me see how many PTO days I have remaining for the year.
Cons
The UI looks a bit outdated to me as it has an old look, but I think we might be able to adjust it on our end.

Saves time and effort
Pros
The interface looks great and becomes appealing once you get used to it. Plus it shows a history of everything you need and can generate quick real-time graphs.
Cons
It wasn't super easy to use at first, also it has a lot of features we do not really need. I feel like it would be better if it stayed simpler.

Criterion HCM is good!
Pros
The payroll processing is super fast with just a little data input. Also I can easily find employee information now, which saves a lot of time. The utility tools are really handy too and the double entry problem has been completely solved.
Cons
I have noticed a slight lag, especially when there's a heavy load which makes it perform slower.
