          A Great and Excellent Solution for Compensation
          Pros

          This software lets me model out different merit scenarios automatically, using compa-ratio, performance and range penetration as a basis. Also, it helps me show the financial impact on budgets without affecting the current pay structures. The dashboard is really helpful for communication, giving an overview of merit allocation, company performance and job classifications. Its reporting features make it easy to get the info needed for decision-making. I also find it easy to navigate and the customer support is great. It is a cloud-based tool for salary administration, suitable for businesses of any size which includes those in manufacturing and retail. HR teams can use it to execute, analyze and design salary administration strategies by balancing market competitiveness and internal equity using salary data. Plus it is great for evaluating positions with multiple factors and assigning grades within salary structures.

          Cons

          It should offer more control and flexibility with the reporting features to deliver more satisfactory results. There should also be an option for directly assessing survey outcomes and the data analysis could be more user friendly. I have had issues with the slider bar not working well when evaluating positions.

          Compease is pretty easy to use! Even if I forget something, I can quickly find the answer without any trouble.

          It is simply the Best
          Pros

          The service, the team and every part of the system are simply the best. Also it is very user-friendly. Since integrating it, it has saved me a ton of time. I love how simple it is to use and the support is always there when I need it.

          Cons

          For now I cannot think of anything that I count as a con. As I have never faced any problems with the software.

          It is an OK Compensation Solution
          Pros

          As per me it is just alright. With so many payroll and compensation solutions out there, I did say this one falls somewhere in the middle. If I had been part of the selection process, I would have chosen a different solution. But there are a few things I do like such as the merit increase planning tool as it is definitely a time saver and helps streamline our workflow. Plus the projection tools are also pretty useful, especially when budgeting is tight.

          Cons

          While it is marketed as a reliable data analysis tool, I would not describe it that way. It is just okay.

          Database is user friendly and serves our purposes sufficiently.

          I am quite satisfied with the reporting feature because it is user-friendly and easy to update. Plus, the customer service has been excellent.

          Cons

          It is not really a downside but I did like to see it integrate with our Performance Pro system soon to avoid redundancy.

          The customer support is great. I really appreciated the on-site meetings/training we received.
          Pros

          We now have a customized compensation structure that we can easily keep up-to-date and relevant each year. Plus, it was much easier to learn and use than I expected. Plus I really liked having someone come onsite to meet with our managers, walk them through the process and gather the right information to get effective results.

          Cons

          There are several features I have not used yet but I expect them to be as user-friendly as the ones I have already tried.

          Very easy to navigate between tabs.
          Pros

          I can always easily find what I am looking for thanks to the clearly named menu bar and tabs. Updating things is quick, with real-time results.

          Cons

          There isn't anything that I like the least. Everything seems to work just fine once I log in.

          Very good. It is a very easy software to use and update.
          Pros

          I love that I can run different matrix scenarios and immediately see the results. Also adding or updating job descriptions is not a problem anymore. We recently integrated it with Performance Pro which means we no longer have to enter new employees into two systems which saves us time.

          Cons

          It might be due to user error or the need for more understanding but when I ran a matrix based on anniversary dates, it didn't calculate as I expected. We're considering moving wage increases from year-end to anniversary dates and want to estimate the cost for the year.

          We had a wonderful experience with the training and implementation.
          Pros

          Customer rep was really helpful during training. I have only had to reach out to customer service once and they were great then too! My favorite thing about the software is how user-friendly the website is. Updating employee info and downloading reports only takes a few minutes.
