With centralized data, accuracy has improved, minimizing the chances of mistakes in payroll and other processes. As our payroll service provider, CAVU has been instrumental in handling employee direct deposit solutions, answering quarterly tax filing inquiries, PPP issues and any problems or questions that come up.

As the price is on the higher end for smaller organizations so this might limit accessibility for some.

Working with them is not at all a headache by any means. After taking over Sharp Payroll, they proactively reached out to inform us about the range of services they offer. No matter the issue, they consistently respond to me in a timely manner.

Most payroll software is not very user-friendly but having worked with over 25 systems as an IT professional, I find CAVU's platform easy to use with a very little learning curve. Plus the customer service is outstanding and the payroll software is easy to learn and navigate.
Cons
I have not faced any problems or issues yet so I have no dislikes.

Receiving our payroll information via email for our records along with helpful email reminders is something I like the most. Also they were very supportive during the ERC filing for our company.
Cons
Well I have not found anything that I dislike about the payroll service so far.

My CAVU representative, Brenna Guide is simply the best. If she notices anything unusual, she takes the initiative to contact me to ensure it gets corrected before payroll is processed. Also she is easily accessible and very attentive to my inquiries. She frees me of the burden of worrying about taxes, deductions and other related issues.

Pricing is a concern. Because I believe there should not be charges for lost paycheck stubs or expedited payroll.

They answer all my questions very quickly which is something I like the most about them. Also in case I face some sort of issue the team resolve it as soon as possible. Karen and Scott, the support team members are always friendly which makes my experience even better. Since I don't have to handle payroll myself I can focus on other important tasks.
