It's easy to use and if I encounter any difficulties, there are videos available that provide a simple step by step guide.

My main issue has been with customer service over the past year. The representative I worked with didn't seem to understand my concerns, which led me to seek another solution for email management. While I still use it to track applicants, changes made to the email structure a few months ago have caused issues with candidates receiving my emails.

CATS is user friendly and offers decent reporting features, making it a good solution for the recruiting agency I worked with.

Cons

It's not the best solution for hiring managers or in house teams, it feels clunky and really needs a UI update.

Incredible Software for Your Talent Team

The software is so simple with a great display, plenty of built-in help, sending e-campaigns us strong and also search features and quick customer service responses.

Cons

I can't undo certain actions like recent merges and it doesn't always notify me when I add an email or phone number that matches an existing profile.

This system effectively funnels candidates and I appreciated the color functions that indicate where candidates are in the hiring process.

I was not pleased with how it scrubs data, we missed some good candidates because it removed too much from resumes.

I haven't found any major issues yet but I would appreciate a couple more calendaring functions, just minor adjustments would suffice.
