ATS OnDemand is a user-friendly software and the interface is also very well designed. And the text feature is a highlight for me.

No complaints as it works just as we expected.

Needs a little more
Pros

It is quite affordable! Even though it is basic, it still gets the job done.

Cons

Reporting features are not the best. Like I do not receive notifications when notes are added and it doesn't integrate with my calendar. Plus the webinars are short and not very helpful. Also when I requested a full demo or training, we struggled to navigate the reporting. And during the onboarding process, the system often gets stuck.

Solid applicant tracking platform
Pros

An applicant tracking tool is very important for every recruitment process and ATS OnDemand serves us well in this specific area. Also they've made significant improvements recently by adding onboarding and other features that improve the hiring process which makes it even better. Plus my experience with customer service has been positive as they respond quickly to my inquiries and provide helpful solutions.

Cons

At times, the accuracy of certain functions is questioned. For instance, it can be difficult to determine whether a candidate should be held accountable for their resume format or if the software misread it, mostly when using the advanced keyword search and other tools to narrow down the applicant pool. Plus the scheduling feature could also use some refinement. Additionally, the reports need further development unless you're using a standard template.

this system has tremendous potential, but sometimes falls just short of a full-service product.
Pros

It works pretty well, and once I am within a specific job, it is easy to navigate too. Plus it meets my expectations for an applicant tracking software.

Cons

Software lacks a functional CRM component. It should be there because it is very much important for companies that need to manage candidate pipelines.

Very easy to use, works really well on mobile browsers.
Pros

Ease of use of ATS OnDemand is what that standout to me. Also, the system is fairly easy to navigate and is easily customizable to fit various business needs.

Cons

It is a bit hard to explain. With any software, I often run into challenges getting exactly what I need, but this software is so customizable that it has never been a significant issue.

Very Good Automated Recruiting and Applicant Tracking Solution
Pros

The software is easy to use and the homepage dashboard provides excellent analytics. The site is simple to navigate which allows me to post jobs and track applicants quickly. Plus, it integrates well with my HRIS system. Even the recruiting features and workflows are solid, allowing me to move candidates through the process easily. It's also easy to search for and maintain records. I even love the great tech support and customer service that make AAP data collection and reporting hassle-free.

Cons

Configuring reports is quite difficult for any that are not pre-set. Since the company isn't based in California, when new laws regarding applications are passed in our state, our forms aren't updated unless we reach out to them. They do update forms quickly when asked but we can't rely on them to keep up with current laws and regulations.

It is a decent software
Pros

ATS OnDemand is a decent software and operates as described. I never expected more than what I have paid for, but honestly it serves its purpose well and even do a bit more than that.

Cons

It is what it is. Like it is very costly, but limiting the number of portals you use might help keep expenses down.

Cons

I cannot think of any specific issues at the moment, but the system has experienced downtime and some typical glitches as new features are rolled out.

ATS OnDemand is not very complex
Pros

Even if you are not tech-savvy, the software is easy to learn and works well with other job sites like Indeed and Glassdoor.

Cons

Locating past candidates with specific skills is not easy and you cannot easily trace or provide a history of the steps a candidate has completed, such as if they interviewed. I wish the system would notify applicants when they haven't thoroughly completed the employer section. When I manually input applicants, they can't register, and I dislike the "Experience" template; it should instead say "Required Qualifications."
